Terms & Conditions
The terms and conditions detailed below apply to all bookings made with Canon Cave, Edinburgh, whether via apartment's website, direct with apartment /central reservations or through an agent.
We reserve the right to charge your credit or debit card for any damage done to your room during your stay or for any items that are missing when you leave.
Check in and Check Out
Check-in time after 15:30 hours and Check out time before 11:00 hours.
Should an apartment have been booked in your name but you do not plan to stay, you must let our reservations team know in advance of the date of arrival so we can make the changes to allow a smooth check-in.
To avoid fraudulent transactions, bookings cannot be transferred without prior notice to the team and we can only allow check-in to a guest who booked the room online/ via our reservations team.
Breakfast will have to be booked in advance. It will include orange juice, coffee of ones choice, two meals which can be chosen from a menu. The link to the menu is provided in Eat & Drink page.
Hamper will have to be booked in advance. The basket will include either wine and/or champagne, cocktails face masks, bath bombs, chocolates and marshmallows.
Full payment is required upon reservation. Once payment is received your booking will be confirmed via email.
Full refund will be issued only for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in
Whist every effort will be made to carry out special requests, they cannot always be guaranteed.
With the exception of working dogs for disabled people, our apartment does not accept pets.
Please note all areas non-smoking, this policy allows us not only to meet legal requirements, but also to create a comfortable environment.
Should we believe that guests have been smoking in our apartment, a Smoking Fine of £100 will be charged for a deep clean and they will also be asked to leave the premises.
Complaints or Comments
Any complaint or comment regarding a stay should be made in the first instance to the owner so that it can be resolved at the time.
